DirectPay may contact you based on the information you provide online in connection with your registration or in relation to the above described platforms/activities.

 

You may choose not to provide certain information to us. If so, you may not be able to participate in certain activities or complete certain transactions on the website.

 

Electronic Communications


When you communicate with us via email or by opting in to receive our mailings, you consent to our use of the information you have provided. Additionally, should you sign up for one of the Member Benefits provided by partners of DirectPay – including discounted services, webinars, free downloads, etc. – your information will be passed on to those companies so that they may offer you the product or service. If you do not wish to receive communications from the affiliated company, uncheck the box on the submission form or do not sign up for the Member Benefits options.

 

When we process your application for a merchant account, we may send your details to and utilize information from banks, credit card companies, credit reference agencies and other references provided.

 

If required by court order or law, we will share your information with law enforcement agencies or courts of law.

 

Age


The DirectPay website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under the age of 13 may submit information on the site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide information on this website, make any purchases or submit any applications. Do not use any interactive support options such as Live Chat or send any information about yourself to us including your name, address, telephone number, email address or any username you use online.

 

If we learn we have received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13 years of age, please contact us at support@directpayinc.com.

 

Accessing & Updating Your Information

DirectPay uses reasonable standards of confidentiality and security for this website in the collection of Personal Consumer Information. We restrict our employee’s access to Personal Consumer Information.
