With regards to all of the above, we will collect personal consumer information (including credit card information) from you only if you voluntarily submit it. DirectPay may contact you based on the information you provide online in connection with your registration or in relation to the above described platforms/activities.
You may choose not to provide certain information to us. If so, you may not be able to participate in certain activities or complete certain transactions on the website.
Electronic Communications
When you communicate with us via email or by opting in to receive our mailings, you consent to our use of the information you have provided. You also consent to receive electronic communications from us and affiliated individuals. Additionally, should you sign up for one of the Member Benefits provided by partners of DirectPay – including discounted services, webinars, free downloads, etc. – your information will be passed on to those companies so that they may offer you the product or service. If you do not wish to receive communications from the affiliated company, uncheck the box on the submission form or do not sign up for the Member Benefits options.
When we process your application for a merchant account, we may send your details to and utilize information from banks, credit card companies, credit reference agencies and other references provided.
If required by court order or law, we will share your information with law enforcement agencies or courts of law.
Age
The DirectPay website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under the age of 13 may submit information on the site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide information on this website, make any purchases or submit any applications. Do not use any interactive support options such as Live Chat or send any information about yourself to us including your name, address, telephone number, email address or any username you use online.
If we learn we have received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13 years of age, please contact us at support@directpayinc.com.
Accessing & Updating Your Information
If you would like to receive a copy of the information we hold about you, you have the right to request it at any time. You can email this request to support@directpayinc.com.

Security of Information
DirectPay uses reasonable standards of confidentiality and security for this website in the collection of Personal Consumer Information. We restrict our employee’s access to Personal Consumer Information. To ensure that communications are not intercepted or accessed, we use software programs to monitor network traffic and identify any and all unauthorized attempts to access or revise information.

It can therefore be collected by third parties. We cannot guarantee the security of information if it is voluntarily shared in this way and have no control over how information acquired is used by third parties.
You are responsible for maintain the confidentiality of your login information and password to all DirectPay services. You are also responsible for all uses of your registration for these protected area, whether or not they have been authorized by you. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use of your login username or password.
Sharing of User Content on the Site
If you voluntarily send us emails containing questions, stories, photos or other content – or provide us with similar content via other means of communication – you are authorizing us to use or post these materials in our marketing, on our website and on social media platforms.
