Neil Alcala - CEO

CEO of DirectPay, Neil Alcala has worked in the eCommerce industry for over 18 years and in that time has transformed DirectPay from a home-based business to an enterprise with thousands of clients.

Utilizing his degree in Engineering and extensive experience with workflow and organizational processes, Neil has succeeded in supporting a wide variety of business types in increasing productivity with payment processing systems designed to meet their specific needs.

Frances Garavuso - Senior Manager of Operations

Frances has been with DirectPay for 8+ years, handling the Operations Team, including sales and account management, customer service and support requests, as well as underwriting and loss.

Prior to joining the DirectPay Team, Frances managed the Client Relations Team for a debt settlement company.

Frances cherishes time spent with her family and friends -- as well as crafting, cooking, and baking.

Shea Kane - Marketing Manager

After 9 years with DirectPay, Shea now manages promotional and partner campaigns, live events, website copy/design, and business development education.

After finishing her Masters degree at Stony Brook University, Shea navigated the company through a rebranding in 2013, helping to create a culture within the organization focused on an aligned mission: to provide coaches and other service professionals with seamless payment processing, free education and a more personal, dedicated relationship.

Always up for adventure, Shea enjoys traveling and discovering new opportunities to write both professionally and in literary genres.

Amy Zicolella - Marketing Specialist

Amy joined the DirectPay team as Marketing Specialist in late 2015 with an extensive background in web marketing and social media coordination.

Utilizing her degree in Business Administration and Marketing Integration from Dowling College, Amy has helped create a social media presence for DirectPay. She puts faces to names and voices for the team by posting the latest goings-on at the company.

When she isn't researching which country to travel to next, Amy loves riding her motorcycle with her dad and uncles, crocheting, and looks forward to the summer so she can spend every weekend at the beach.

Alex Dumas - Relationship Mananger

Alex received a Bachelor’s Degree from Hofstra University in Psychology and brings his passion for competition, leadership development, and financial literacy to the DirectPay team, as well as in his time outside of the office.

One of Alex’s passions is helping people and he has spent many years working for non-profit organizations serving developmentally disabled individuals.

Alex is a family man and loves spending his free time with his wife, his two beautiful children, and their two dogs.

Dana Schotter - Executive Assistant

Before her career change and joining the DirectPay team in 2015, Dana was a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant and scribe. She uses her organizational skills to keep the DirectPay office running smoothly and efficiently and manages the philanthropic efforts of the company.

When she isn’t at the office, Dana loves spending time with her two small children exploring local parks, cooking and baking, and enjoys practicing photography.

Diana Bharath - Client Relations Manager

Diana is on the front lines of DirectPay, answering your questions and providing support with your account.

Majoring in Biology, Diana received a full academic scholarship to St. Joseph's College before coming to DirectPay.

Diana enjoys being involved in community activities, including working with youths at the Medford Assembly of God and believes that "everything happens for a reason."

Dana Busterna - Client Relations Associate

Dana is one of the friendly voices you’ll hear when you call DirectPay with questions or need support with your account. Recently, she has transitioned to the position of both support and Relationship Manager.

Dana has always been fascinated with anatomy and physiology, combined with her caring and compassionate disposition, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Mortuary Science and worked as a funeral director before joining the DirectPay team.

In her spare time, Dana enjoys drinking red wine with charcuterie, spending time outdoors with her family and friends, and playing roller derby.

Ryan Fuchs - Client Relations Associate

Ryan is one of the team members who you will hear answering calls and assisting with your questions.

Ryan has been working in customer service for 6+ years, developing a vast understanding of how to provide superior support. Previously pursuing studies in nutrition, he has worked in the medical field providing his customer service acumen for a private practice.

In his free time, Ryan loves exploring parks, binge watching sci-fi and fantasy shows and movies.

Ryan Oakley - Senior Software Engineer

Ryan has been programming since his Internet connection was a dial-up and has worked in the industry for 7+ years. Fresh out of college with a Bachelors Degree in Web Development, he got his start creating websites for Fortune 500 companies.

When he isn't working on the projects on the computer, Ryan loves being outdoors and looks forward to snowboarding season so he can hit the mountains.

David Devine - Jr. Web Developer

David joined the DirectPay IT department in mid 2016 and helps keep the website running and up to date.

After completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Programming and Information Systems at Farmingdale State College, David interned at Software Solutions in New York.

In his free time, David enjoys being in the outdoors, watching sports, and playing video games. David grew up and lives on the south shore of Long Island.

Fred Schrager - Credit Manager

Fred is a seasoned credit professional with vast experience in several industries. Fred received his BA degree form York College, CUNY and has had a diverse career working for fortune 500 companies such as JP Morgan/Chase, CBS, Inc., Conde Nast Publications, and also smaller private/family owned businesses.

Fred grew up in Queens, NY and is currently located in Nassau County, NY along with his wife Merle. From consumer finance to corporate finance to manufacturing, Fred brings a broad base of credit underwriting know-how to DirectPay.
